These include the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R. § 120-130, “ITAR”), or the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730-774, “EAR”).

By proceeding with this order, the purchaser certifies the products are for end use within the United States, and acknowledges that exports or diversion of Lothar Walther Precision Tools Inc. products contrary to these laws and regulations is prohibited weather in their original form or incorporated into other end items.
